Channel Partner Manager – West Africa

About the role

The Channel Partner Manager will lead and expand Linx’s channel partner network across West and Central Africa. Reporting to the Regional Business Manager, you will be based near an airport in Ghana or Nigeria and work closely with distributors to grow market share for industrial printing and identification solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a channel partner strategy aligned with annual sales targets.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new channel partners in priority markets.
• Drive distributor performance through regular business reviews, metric monitoring, and coaching.
• Lead strategic engagements with key end‑user customers in collaboration with distributors, creating bespoke key‑account plans for CIJ, laser, and thermal printing solutions.
• Support field trials and demo activities to accelerate sales cycles.
• Analyse market trends and competitive landscape to refine product positioning, value propositions, and pricing for Sub‑Saharan Africa.
• Promote rigorous use of CRM and sales‑enablement tools to improve pipeline accuracy, forecasting, and visibility.

Required profile

• Willingness to travel up to three days per week across the region.
• Proven experience in channel sales or partner management within industrial or technology sectors.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop win‑win partnerships.

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using sales‑enablement tools.
