Director, Facilities Management (Southern Sector)

About the role

The Judicial Service of Ghana is seeking a senior professional to lead facilities management for its Southern Sector, covering Accra and Tema. This role oversees the maintenance, safety, and operational efficiency of judicial properties within the Greater Accra Region.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for resident complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Provide general maintenance services across all facilities.
• Manage electrical alternative power installations and oversee utility billing for townhouses.
• Maintain common areas, landscaping, and ensure a clean environment.
• Oversee plumbing systems to guarantee uninterrupted water supply.
• Coordinate security arrangements for all facilities.
• Extend facilities management services to additional judicial properties in the region.
• Perform any other related duties as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management (Master’s degree advantageous).
• Certified Facilities Manager (CFM) credential is a plus.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in facilities management.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent organization, time‑management, and attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal abilities.
