Director of Facilities Management – Southern Sector

About the role

The Judicial Service of Ghana is seeking a seasoned Director of Facilities Management for its Southern Sector. This senior position oversees the upkeep, safety, and operational efficiency of multiple judicial properties in the Greater Accra Region.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for resident complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Provide general maintenance services across all facilities.
• Manage electrical alternative‑power installations and oversee utility billing for townhouses.
• Maintain common areas, landscaping, and ensure aesthetic standards.
• Supervise plumbing systems to guarantee uninterrupted water supply.
• Coordinate security arrangements and oversee related systems.
• Extend facilities‑management support to other judicial properties in the region.
• Perform any additional duties as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management (Master’s degree preferred).
• Certified Facilities Manager (CFM) credential is an advantage.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in facilities management.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and project‑leadership abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with keen attention to safety threats.
