Ethical Auditor (CSCA) – Part-Time

About the role

QIMA is seeking a part‑time Ethical Auditor to assess manufacturing sites for its global clients. The role focuses on labour rights, health & safety, environmental compliance and other ethical standards, ensuring suppliers meet international and client‑specific requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct unannounced audits of client supplier factories, covering labour rights, health & safety, environmental security and related standards.
• Identify and document any violations, maintaining detailed reports for client delivery.
• Uphold the highest level of integrity during audits, recognizing the impact on suppliers, staff and clients.
• Participate in client meetings to develop custom quality‑control procedures.
• Contribute ideas for improving operational project quality.

Required profile

• Higher education degree in Engineering, Law, Economics, Social Sciences or a related field.
• APSCA registration at CSCA level (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of SA8000, ISO14001, ICTI, C‑TPAT, WRAP, BSCI standards.
• Experience in third‑party auditing, including recent (last 12 months) SMETA, BSCI, SA8000 or WRAP audits.
• Proficient command of English, both spoken and written.
