About the role
QIMA is seeking a part‑time Ethical Auditor to assess manufacturing sites for its global clients. The role focuses on labour rights, health & safety, environmental compliance and other ethical standards, ensuring suppliers meet international and client‑specific requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct unannounced audits of client supplier factories, covering labour rights, health & safety, environmental security and related standards.
- Identify and document any violations, maintaining detailed reports for client delivery.
- Uphold the highest level of integrity during audits, recognizing the impact on suppliers, staff and clients.
- Participate in client meetings to develop custom quality‑control procedures.
- Contribute ideas for improving operational project quality.
Required profile
- Higher education degree in Engineering, Law, Economics, Social Sciences or a related field.
- APSCA registration at CSCA level (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of SA8000, ISO14001, ICTI, C‑TPAT, WRAP, BSCI standards.
- Experience in third‑party auditing, including recent (last 12 months) SMETA, BSCI, SA8000 or WRAP audits.
- Proficient command of English, both spoken and written.
