Expat Structural Engineer – High Rise Residential Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Structural Engineer to provide technical expertise on high‑rise residential and mixed‑use developments. The role involves ensuring structural quality, safety, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Review and interpret structural drawings, calculations and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants and other engineering disciplines.
• Provide on‑site technical support during construction and resolve structural issues.
• Oversee quality assurance, structural integrity and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Support decision‑making and problem‑solving throughout the project.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related discipline.
• Significant experience in high‑rise building construction, preferably residential, commercial or mixed‑use.
• Strong background in reinforced concrete and steel structural systems.
• Professional engineering registration or accreditation is highly desirable.
