Export Customer Service Supervisor

About the role

The Export Customer Service Supervisor will lead the customer service function for our European and US markets, acting as the primary bridge between international clients and our Chinese agents. You will ensure accurate export documentation, smooth logistics, and timely resolution of service issues while mentoring junior staff.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all export customer service activities for the assigned markets.
• Serve as the main liaison between international customers and Chinese agents.
• Coordinate export documentation, compliance, and logistics to guarantee on‑time order fulfillment.
• Monitor shipments, proactively addressing delays or issues.
• Maintain strong customer relationships by handling inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
• Prepare and analyse export sales reports to support business decisions.
• Assist the Market Manager in implementing service strategies aligned with export goals.
• Train, mentor and supervise junior customer service team members.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in export customer service, logistics or international trade.
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (written and spoken).
• Strong knowledge of export documentation, INCOTERMS and international shipping regulations.
• Excellent organizational, problem‑solving and multitasking abilities.
