Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies that align with the organization’s objectives. This role oversees the planning and execution of advertising, promotional activities and brand initiatives to drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities.
• Conduct market research to identify requirements for existing and future products.
• Analyze customer research, market conditions and competitor information.
• Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products.
• Expand and develop marketing platforms, including social media.
• Monitor productivity of marketing plans and projects.
• Review and report on all marketing activity and results.
• Determine and manage the marketing budget, ensuring activities stay within agreed limits.
• Report on ROI and key performance metrics.
• Develop pricing strategy and create marketing presentations.
• Liaise with media and advertising partners.
• Collaborate with the sales function and monitor industry best practices.

Required profile

• Business or marketing‑related degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Experience in developing and managing comprehensive marketing strategies.
• Technical marketing skills and proven experience in customer and market research.
• Relevant product and industry knowledge.
• Digital marketing expertise and familiarity with marketing software applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and collaborative abilities.
• Strong organization, planning, strategic and critical thinking.
• Data analysis, problem‑solving, team leadership and decision‑making capabilities.
