National Service Personnel – Climate Change & Sustainability Services

About the role

The National Service Personnel will join the Climate Change and Sustainability Services (CCaSS) team to support clients in navigating ESG challenges. You will assist in developing sustainability strategies, managing climate‑related risks, and preparing compliance‑focused reports.

Key responsibilities

• Support client engagements on climate change and sustainability strategies.
• Assist in preparing sustainability assessments, action plans, and reporting in line with frameworks such as GRI, TCFD, SASB and ISSB.
• Conduct climate risk assessments, scenario analysis and resilience planning.
• Help develop and implement sustainability strategies aligned with client business objectives.
• Contribute to project management, tracking timelines, budgets and deliverables.
• Engage with stakeholders including senior management, regulators and investors; facilitate workshops and training.
• Research global sustainability trends, regulations and best practices.
• Support business development activities such as proposal writing and client presentations.

• Strong interest in climate change, sustainability and ESG issues.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and regulatory requirements.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with sustainability reporting frameworks (GRI, TCFD, SASB, ISSB).
• Understanding of climate risk assessment methodologies.
• Basic project management capabilities.
