Personal Assistant – Administrative Support

About the role
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Personal Assistant to support a busy professional in daily operations. The role involves managing schedules, handling communications, and coordinating a variety of administrative and personal tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
Key responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings and reminders.
- Coordinate errands, travel arrangements and related logistics.
- Handle calls, messages and correspondence in a professional manner.
- Assist with both administrative and personal coordination tasks.
- Maintain organised records, files and documentation.
- Follow up on pending tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Liaise with vendors, clients and other stakeholders as required.
- Provide general day‑to‑day support to keep operations running efficiently.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience in a Personal Assistant or similar administrative role.
- Resides in or around Tse Addo, Cantonments, Teshie or nearby areas.
- Fluent in Ga with excellent spoken and written English.
- Professional, discreet, trustworthy and able to work independently.
- Proactive attitude with strong problem‑solving abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace.
- Basic administrative tools.

- Competitive salary range of GHS 2,500 – GHS 3,500 per month.
