Plumber – Full-time position in Accra

About the role
We are looking for a qualified plumber to join GHS Global Housing Solutions in Accra. The position involves installing, maintaining and testing plumbing systems for residential projects.
Key responsibilities
- Assemble pipe sections, tubing and fittings using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, plastic solvent, caulking, soldering, brazing and welding equipment.
- Fill pipes or plumbing fixtures with water or air and monitor pressure gauges to detect and locate leaks.
- Study building plans and inspect structures to determine material needs, sequence installations and plan pipe layout.
- Prepare written cost estimates and keep detailed work records and reports.
Required profile
- Formal qualification in Plumbing and Water Supply Installations.
- Based in Accra, Ghana.
Required skills
- Pipe assembly.
- Soldering, brazing and welding of plumbing components.
- Pressure testing and gauge operation.
- Interpretation of building plans.
