Recruitment Specialist – Full‑Cycle Hiring for Factory

About the role
We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to manage the full‑cycle hiring process for our factory workforce. The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding production and technical staff while ensuring compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Handle end‑to‑end recruitment for factory positions, including posting job ads and managing recruitment channels.
- Coordinate interview schedules with department managers and track hiring progress.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for production and technical roles.
- Prepare recruitment reports and keep employee records up to date.
- Support onboarding and orientation activities for new hires.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with internal policies and relevant labour regulations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment with over 100 employees.
- Familiarity with factory recruitment processes and labour regulations.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets.
- Good command of English.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
