Remote Sales & Marketing Specialist (Ghana)

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time remote Sales & Marketing Specialist based in Ghana to help launch a specialized home‑care service for families dealing with dementia. Over the first 60‑90 days you will validate the business model and build the core of our growth engine.

Key responsibilities

• Design and publish SEO‑optimized landing pages for multiple US cities using WordPress or Webflow.
• Produce 2‑3 long‑form SEO articles per week with AI assistance.
• Run cold outreach campaigns to US healthcare professionals via LinkedIn and email.
• Manage caregiver recruitment ads, screen applicants and coordinate interviews.
• Set up automations linking Claude API, our CRM and email tools (no senior developer required).
• Provide daily asynchronous updates to the founder.

Required profile

• Ghana‑based, available full‑time immediately.
• Near‑native English proficiency (written and spoken).
• At least one year of experience in marketing or sales.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
• Interest in healthcare or senior‑care services.

• WordPress or Webflow site building.
• SEO content creation.
• AI‑assisted writing tools (Claude).
• CRM and email automation setup.
• LinkedIn and email outreach.
