About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our Atlantic Mall branch in Accra. You will be responsible for the overall performance of the restaurant, ensuring excellent service, food quality and operational efficiency in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and coordinate kitchen, bar and front‑of‑house teams.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, food quality, hygiene and staff discipline.
- Supervise, train, schedule and evaluate staff across all departments.
- Implement company SOPs, systems and operational procedures.
- Monitor sales performance and work towards revenue targets.
- Handle customer complaints promptly and ensure resolution.
- Manage inventory, stock control, requisitions and waste reduction.
- Ensure accurate cash handling, reporting and documentation.
- Coordinate events, reservations and special service operations.
- Maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Provide daily operational reports and weekly performance updates.
Required profile
- Previous experience managing a restaurant, hospitality or food‑service outlet.
- Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Disciplined, organized and proactive attitude.
- Understanding of restaurant operations, customer service and staff management.
