Senior Business Transformation Manager

About the role

M‑KOPA Ghana is seeking a Senior Business Transformation Manager to act as the analytical engine and strategic advisor for the business. You will partner with senior leadership to shape pricing, market expansion and partnership decisions that drive financial progress for everyday earners across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic analysis and planning support for competitive response, market entry and new product launches.
• Lead market and competitive intelligence, tracking emerging rivals and recommending defensive and offensive actions.
• Own pricing strategy, margin analysis and revenue modelling for smartphone financing and emerging product lines.
• Develop business cases for new products, partnerships and expansion initiatives.
• Monitor partnership performance, build scorecards and KPI dashboards for telcos, OEMs, retailers and dealer networks.
• Build and maintain the analytical foundation – dashboards, KPI frameworks and data culture – that enables fast, confident decision‑making.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior analytical or business transformation roles, preferably within fintech or telecom.
• Strong track record of influencing senior leadership on pricing, market strategy and partnership evaluation.
• Excellent quantitative and problem‑solving abilities with a focus on commercial outcomes.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
