Senior Geospatial Reasoning Specialist – Freelance AI Trainer

About the role

We are building a geospatial reasoning agent that supports crisis‑response decision making. As a Senior Geospatial Reasoning Specialist you will guide the development and evaluation of AI models that interpret uncertain or incomplete spatial data.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate AI‑generated outputs against real‑world geospatial scenarios.
• Design and refine reasoning frameworks, metrics, and test cases to improve model accuracy.
• Identify analytical weaknesses in model predictions and propose corrective actions.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate geospatial insights into the AI pipeline.
• Document findings and communicate complex spatial relationships clearly to the team.

Required profile

• Professional experience in geospatial analysis, GIS, or spatial modeling within crisis management, logistics, or environmental planning.
• Senior‑level expertise with a strong attention to detail and ability to reason about uncertain data.
• Excellent written communication skills for conveying technical findings.

Required skills

• Proficiency with GIS tools and libraries such as QGIS, ArcGIS, GDAL, and PostGIS.
