About the role
We are looking for a full‑time remote Student Counselor to guide university‑bound students through every step of their academic journey. You will provide personalized advice on admissions, career planning, and pre‑arrival requirements, ensuring a smooth transition for each student.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver one‑on‑one counseling sessions tailored to individual student needs.
- Provide accurate information about university programs and admission criteria.
- Assist students with application preparation, submission, and follow‑up.
- Support pre‑arrival logistics and compliance processes.
- Act as the primary point of contact, fostering a supportive experience throughout the enrollment cycle.
Required profile
- Proven experience in student and career counseling.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities.
- Background in higher education or related fields, with knowledge of university admissions.
- Ability to work with diverse student populations and provide equitable support.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Counseling, or a related discipline.
- Familiarity with student information systems or CRM tools is a plus.
