About the role
We are seeking a Telesales Representative to join our Customer Retention team. In this role you will connect with existing customers over the phone, introduce M‑KOPA’s innovative products and drive sales growth while building lasting relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Drive sales growth by proactively offering additional M‑KOPA products to existing customers and meeting conversion targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, handling inquiries, concerns and objections professionally.
- Maintain high call‑quality standards by delivering accurate and complete information.
- Achieve talk‑time and call‑handling benchmarks to meet daily and weekly productivity goals.
- Record customer interactions accurately and provide regular feedback on campaign progress to the Telesales Team Lead.
Required profile
- HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a corporate environment, preferably in BPO or call‑center settings.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Result‑oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
- High ethics and integrity in all customer interactions.
