AC Technician

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and reliable AC Technician to join our real‑estate property management team. You will be responsible for installing, inspecting, maintaining and repairing heating and ventilation systems across residential and commercial properties, ensuring optimal indoor air quality and tenant satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Install, replace and commission new AC units and control systems in both residential and commercial sites.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance such as filter cleaning, refrigerant level checks, electrical component inspections and condensate line flushing.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical and electronic faults in HVAC systems and carry out timely repairs or part replacements.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to minimise tenant downtime.
• Conduct regular property inspections to assess system performance, identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety policies.
• Maintain accurate service logs, maintenance records and parts inventories.

Required profile

• Certificate in electrical, electronics, AC installation or HVAC systems.
• 2–3 years of hands‑on experience as an AC/HVAC Technician, preferably in property management or commercial facilities.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑service oriented mindset.
