Account Manager – High Value SME

About the role

The Account Manager – High Value SME will drive business growth by identifying and securing new opportunities within assigned SME accounts. You will develop strategic account plans, build trusted relationships with senior decision‑makers, and consistently exceed revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pursue and close new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
• Create and implement Account Development Plans (ADPs) to maximise revenue and profitability.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline using consultative, solution‑driven sales approaches.
• Engage C‑level executives through strategic outreach and industry events.
• Track performance against quarterly targets and take proactive steps to meet or exceed goals.
• Ensure compliance with telecom licensing, sector regulations and competition laws.
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to deliver integrated, high‑quality solutions.
• Leverage UNIK‑CRM and knowledge‑management practices to strengthen account management effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in enterprise sales, account management or business development within Telecom, ISP or Technology sectors.
• Proven success in identifying business opportunities and delivering customised solutions.
• Solid understanding of enterprise‑grade telecom and technology solutions (connectivity, mobile, cloud).
• Experience with public sector, NGO or diplomatic accounts and tender processes is a plus.
• Strong consultative selling, strategic planning, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives.
• Self‑driven, able to work independently and collaborate in virtual teams.
