Analyst, System Architect - Mobile & BSS

About the role

The Analyst, System Architect – Mobile & BSS will design and implement robust, scalable IT solutions that support the organization’s mobile and business support systems. Reporting to the Manager of Solution Architecture, you will translate business requirements into technical architectures that improve efficiency and drive innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business needs and define technical solution requirements.
• Design, document and oversee the implementation of mobile and BSS architectures.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, service providers and external partners to ensure solution alignment.
• Ensure solutions meet performance, security, usability and regulatory standards.
• Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in system architecture, preferably within mobile or BSS environments.
• Strong understanding of organizational goals, stakeholder expectations and regulatory constraints.
• Ability to work under resource and timeline constraints while delivering high‑quality designs.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with technology advancements.
