About the role
The bank is seeking a Clerk to provide essential clerical support that helps achieve its operational objectives. The role involves direct interaction with customers and ensures smooth processing of financial transactions.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customers' financial transactions accurately.
- Respond to customer enquiries regarding their transactions.
- Educate customers about the bank's products and services.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Chief Executive Officer.
Required profile
- HND in Accounting or a related discipline, or a University Diploma/DBS in Accounting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, competence and confidentiality.
