About the role
The Branch Manager will lead all operational activities of the Dodowa branch, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day banking services and compliance with internal policies. This senior position reports directly to the General Manager and plays a key role in driving the branch’s performance.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all branch operations, including customer service, cash handling, and transaction processing.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal control procedures.
- Manage staff performance, training, and scheduling to meet service standards.
- Develop and monitor branch targets for sales, deposits, and loan disbursements.
- Handle escalated customer issues and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Required profile
- A first‑degree from a recognised institution in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics/Statistics or Marketing.
- Minimum of four (4) years of relevant banking experience.
- Age not exceeding 40 years.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
