Business Development Consultant

About the role

The Business Development Consultant will drive growth for P.M. Renaissance Company Ltd. by identifying new market opportunities, building a network of decision‑makers, and managing key client relationships across Accra and the Tema region.

Key responsibilities

• Research target industries and build capacity to enter new business channels.
• Market the firm’s services through creative business‑development activities and networking events.
• Engage decision‑makers by delivering presentations, attending meetings and maintaining prospect lists.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their business culture and needs.
• Oversee client terms, budgets, invoicing and collections to ensure smooth placement processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, Public Relations or related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in business development, B2B or consultative sales.
• Strong presentation, verbal and written communication abilities.
• Analytical mindset with good interpersonal skills.
• Professional use of social media for business outreach.
• Ability to conduct market research, analysis and reporting.
