Business Development Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to identify new opportunities, generate qualified leads and convert prospects into paying customers for SaveCedi Enterprise, a fast‑growing technology and business solutions company.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage new business opportunities across various industries.
• Generate qualified sales leads through outbound prospecting and inbound follow‑up.
• Build and nurture relationships with business owners, entrepreneurs, schools, universities and corporate organisations.
• Schedule meetings, product demonstrations and present SaveCedi’s services and training programmes.
• Prepare quotations and proposals as required.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions in the company CRM.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and report progress.
• Conduct market research to uncover emerging opportunities.
• Attend networking events, conferences and exhibitions.
• Support marketing campaigns by following up on enquiries.
• Develop strategic partnerships for long‑term business growth.
• Gather customer feedback to help improve products and services.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month experience in sales, business development or a related field.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working remotely with occasional in‑person meetings.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.

Required skills

• CRM (experience using a customer relationship management system).

• Base salary of GHS 3,000 per month.
• Attractive commissions and performance bonuses.
• Full‑time remote work with occasional onsite meetings in Accra/Tema.
