Business Development Manager – HR Consulting

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition and revenue growth for our Accra office. You will be the face of HRLeverage Africa in Ghana, promoting our Pan‑African HR outsourcing and EOR services to private, multinational and public‑sector organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and engage new corporate clients across various sectors in Ghana.
• Build and manage a structured sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Deliver professional presentations and service pitches to decision‑makers, clearly communicating our service portfolio and value proposition.
• Negotiate and close service agreements in line with company pricing policies.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, conducting regular check‑ins and satisfaction reviews to uncover upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Develop and execute marketing initiatives to raise brand visibility in Ghana and the West‑Africa sub‑region, managing digital channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and email campaigns.
• Create marketing collateral, service brochures, capability decks and proposals for client engagements.

Required profile

• Confident, commercially‑driven professional with a strong understanding of the HR consulting landscape.
• Excellent communication skills, able to simplify complex service offerings for diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to build long‑term client relationships and drive revenue growth.
• Self‑motivated and results‑oriented with a proactive approach to prospecting.
