Business Development Manager

About the role

The Business Development Manager will lead client acquisition and partnership initiatives across public, private and multilateral sectors in the Accra and Tema region. You will position the firm as the preferred HR and recruitment partner, driving revenue growth through strategic relationship building.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue high‑value business opportunities in government, NGOs and corporate organisations.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to meet monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Generate qualified leads, prepare proposals and close service agreements across recruitment, outsourcing, HR advisory and compliance.
• Maintain a robust pipeline, aiming for three times the deal value and signing at least eight new service level agreements each month.
• Attend conferences, networking events and business meetings to promote consulting services.
• Provide ongoing client support throughout the sales cycle and prepare regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with at least 60 months of relevant experience.
• Proven track record in business development, lead generation and revenue achievement.
• Strong ability to build and nurture relationships with decision‑makers in diverse sectors.
