Business Development Manager

About the role

SynergyAI Labs is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Business Development Manager to drive growth of its AI‑powered business systems. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities across NGOs, SMEs, professional services and education institutions, and translating operational challenges into scalable AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and qualify prospects in target sectors such as NGOs, SMEs, professional services and education.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline, present AI‑powered solutions to prospective clients, and prepare proposals.
• Collaborate with product, operations and technical teams to align offerings with client needs.
• Negotiate terms, maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and track performance against growth targets.
• Work closely with leadership to refine go‑to‑market strategies and contribute to long‑term revenue growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, account management or consultative selling, preferably in technology, software or professional services.
• Strong analytical and strategic skills, including market research and problem‑solving.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with experience in client‑facing negotiations.
• Collaboration experience working cross‑functionally with product, operations and technical teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Technology Management or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on‑site in Ho, manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast‑paced, impact‑driven environment.
