Business Operations Executive

About the role

The Business Operations Executive will lead daily business activities, ensuring smooth coordination across procurement, logistics, inventory, and supply‑chain functions. This role reports to senior management and works closely with internal teams to deliver client orders on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily business operations.
• Oversee procurement, logistics, inventory, and supply‑chain activities.
• Ensure timely execution of contracts, purchase orders, and client deliveries.
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain vendor relationships.
• Support tender preparation and contract implementation.
• Develop and improve operational processes and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
• Supervise operations, procurement, logistics, and administrative staff.
• Prepare operational reports and recommend process improvements.
• Recommend initiatives to improve operational effectiveness and profitability.
• Facilitate information flow within the company to support other business functions.
• Collaborate with internal teams from inquiry to order fulfilment.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Procurement, Logistics, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in operations, procurement, logistics, or business management.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
