Cashier

About the role

We are seeking a diligent Cashier to join our finance team in Accra. The role involves handling cash, card and electronic payments, ensuring accurate transaction records and providing excellent service to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Process cash, card and electronic transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain daily transaction records and reconcile cash balances.
• Issue receipts, invoices and payment confirmations.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve payment‑related issues professionally.
• Safeguard confidentiality of company and customer information.
• Collaborate with finance and other internal departments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized Ghanaian university, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• Under 30 years of age.
• High level of integrity, responsibility and professionalism.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and across departments.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic knowledge of financial systems.
