About the role
The farm located in the Eastern Region of Ghana is seeking a resident supervisor with proven experience in coconut farming. The role involves overseeing daily farm operations and ensuring optimal coconut production.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate out‑growers to maximize overall yield and maintain consistent production standards.
- Manage the coconut nursery, monitor plant health, and produce detailed reports on nursery performance.
- Provide detailed reports on coconut nursery activities and overall farm performance.
Required profile
- Minimum qualification of a diploma from an agricultural college or a degree in a related agricultural field.
- Between 2 and 5 years of hands‑on experience in coconut farming, preferably with supervisory responsibilities.
