Commission Sales Associate

About the role

Badmus Technology is seeking a Commission Sales Associate to join its growing team in Accra. This full‑time, hybrid position focuses on generating new business, showcasing our digital solutions, and closing sales to meet defined revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and prospect new leads across the African market.
• Conduct product demonstrations and present Badmus Technology’s services to potential clients.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing customers.
• Follow up on inquiries via calls, emails, and in‑person meetings.
• Record all activities accurately in the sales CRM.
• Prepare basic sales reports and share insights with product and marketing teams.

Required profile

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities with proven lead‑generation experience.
• Excellent customer‑relationship skills, active listening, and clear communication.
• Basic understanding of technology products and the ability to explain benefits simply.
• Self‑managed, able to set goals and work independently in a hybrid environment.
• Minimum high‑school diploma; business or marketing education is a plus.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of local Accra languages is advantageous.
