Corporate Aftersales Manager

About the role

The Corporate Aftersales Manager will lead HMD Forewin’s aftermarket business across Ghana, developing and executing the strategic business plan for the Parts and Service Department. This role is responsible for setting annual goals and budgets, managing customer satisfaction programmes, and building competitive intelligence while attracting and retaining top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the organisation’s aftermarket strategic business plan.
• Create and align annual Parts and Service Department goals and budgets with financial and operational objectives.
• Design and monitor a marketing plan for the Parts and Service Department to achieve set targets.
• Manage the Customer Satisfaction Programme and maintain competitive intelligence systems.
• Oversee sales territory management and employee compensation plans, and drive recruitment, hiring and development of key talent.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience managing Parts/Service Department operations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong communication skills, both one‑on‑one and group settings, and solid understanding of financial principles related to parts and service operations.
