Customer Support Agent (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Customer Support Agent to deliver exceptional service across email, chat, phone and other channels. The role is fully remote, allowing you to assist our customers from anywhere while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and empathy.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, or other support channels.
• Provide accurate information and clear solutions to customer questions and concerns.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
• Escalate complex or unresolved cases to the appropriate internal team.
• Follow up with customers to confirm that their issues have been fully addressed.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Identify recurring problems and share feedback with product and operations teams.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong customer‑service mindset with active listening and problem‑solving abilities.
• Patient, organized, and able to multitask while prioritizing requests.
• Comfortable using computers, CRM and ticketing platforms, and learning new tools quickly.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home‑office setup.
