Customer Support Specialist (Accra & Tema)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, customer‑focused specialist to deliver exceptional support to our users in Accra and Tema. You will act as the first point of contact, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, or other channels.
• Understand customer needs and provide clear, accurate assistance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.
• Escalate complex or technical problems to the appropriate team.
• Follow up to confirm issues are fully resolved.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, requests, and resolutions.
• Identify recurring issues and share trends with relevant teams.
• Collaborate with internal departments to improve the overall customer experience.
