Field Sales Lead

About the role

Enlace Education Services is seeking a Field Sales Lead to drive enrollment in its mentorship programmes, educational tours and scholarship services. Based in Accra, the role involves on‑site visits to schools, families and partner organisations across Accra and Tema, presenting the company’s offerings and building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify prospective partner schools, families and organisations and generate qualified leads.
• Conduct field visits, presentations and community outreach events to promote Enlace’s programmes.
• Manage the full sales pipeline from lead generation through qualification, closing and post‑enrollment follow‑up.
• Maintain accurate records of activities, outcomes and performance metrics.
• Gather feedback from students and families to inform service improvements.
• Coordinate with internal teams on sales operations and support local marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills with the ability to engage students, families and partner institutions.
• Proven sales and lead‑generation experience, preferably in field sales, education services or community outreach.
• Ability to work on‑site in Accra, travel locally for visits and events, and manage time and territory efficiently.
• Negotiation, presentation and relationship‑building capabilities with a results‑oriented, ethical approach.
• Post‑secondary education in Business, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience; at least one year of experience in insurance sales.

Required skills

• Basic digital tools such as CRM systems for lead tracking.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets for reporting and analysis.
