General Manager & Lead Aesthetician

About the role
Seraphim Beauty & Medspa is seeking a hands‑on leader to run daily operations of its East Legon clinic while delivering high‑quality aesthetic treatments. You will be responsible for driving bookings, maintaining clinical standards, and mentoring a team of junior aestheticians.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day clinic operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Supervise, train and mentor junior aestheticians.
- Perform facial, skin, lash and brow treatments, with injectables as a plus.
- Drive booking targets and commercial performance.
- Set and uphold clinical standards and report directly to senior leadership.
Required profile
- Proven experience in clinic or spa management.
- Valid aesthetician certification.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise junior staff.
- Commercially minded, precise, and self‑driven.
