Graduate Trainee – 18‑Month Development Program

About the role

The Graduate Trainee program at Nestlé’s Central and West Africa Region offers an 18‑month, full‑time development journey for recent graduates. Participants rotate across functions, receive formal training and mentorship, and contribute to real projects that support the company’s purpose of enhancing quality of life.

Key responsibilities

• Support and lead assigned projects within the Graduate Trainee program.
• Undertake required training courses and workshops.
• Collaborate with managers to execute project deliverables.
• Provide analytical support and prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Work across different departments to gain a holistic view of the organization and assist inter‑departmental initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Economics or a related field.
• Maximum of 2 years of relevant work experience, including internships.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and presentation abilities.
• Adaptability, willingness to learn and ability to work effectively in a team.
