Health Service Administrator (HSA)

About the role

The Health Service Administrator will lead the delivery of high‑quality health services at a reputable private facility near Achimota. The role involves overseeing hospital operations, coordinating multiple departments, and ensuring efficient service delivery while maintaining professional standards and confidentiality. The administrator will also be responsible for preparing analytical reports and supporting decision‑making processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple departments to ensure smooth and effective service delivery.
• Oversee hospital operations and coordinate healthcare service processes.
• Maintain high levels of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all activities.

Required profile

• Master’s Degree in Health Services Administration or Healthcare Management.
• 3–5 years of experience in healthcare administration or a similar managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare systems, hospital operations and service delivery management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple departments effectively.
• Residence within Taifa, Tantra Hill, Achimota, Pokuase, or nearby communities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
