Human Resource Manager

About the role

A private facility located near Achimota, Tantra Hill is seeking a Human Resource Manager to lead its HR functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labour legislation, managing performance appraisal processes, and fostering a professional work environment. Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field and have at least five years of experience in an HR role, preferably within the healthcare sector.

Key responsibilities

Required profile

• Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related field (required)
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in a Human Resource role
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM‑CP, PHR, SPHR) is desirable
• Experience in healthcare or a related industry is an advantage
• Must be 38 years and above
• Must reside within Taifa, Tantra, Achimota, Amasaman or Pokuase
