Lead Generation Specialist (Accra & Tema)

About the role

Core Code io is looking for a proactive Lead Generation Specialist to build a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects in the Accra and Tema region. You will research target accounts, conduct high‑volume outreach, and qualify leads to support the sales team’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential customers, companies, and target accounts based on defined profiles.
• Build and maintain targeted prospect lists.
• Generate leads through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, social media, and online research.
• Qualify leads by assessing needs, interest, and fit.
• Engage prospects in initial conversations and schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate prospect information in the CRM system.
• Track outreach activities, responses, conversions, and pipeline contribution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, and Marketing to refine lead‑generation strategies.
• Meet or exceed lead‑generation, qualification, and activity targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in lead generation, business development, sales development, inside sales, or appointment setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and achieve measurable targets.
