Motion Graphics Designer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a highly creative Motion Graphics Designer to transform ideas and stories into dynamic visual content. Working remotely, you will collaborate with our creative, marketing, and video teams to produce animations, explainer videos, and social media assets that strengthen our brand.

Key responsibilities

• Convert static designs, scripts, and storyboards into engaging motion graphics, kinetic typography, and animations.
• Edit raw video footage, adding visual effects, transitions, overlays, sound design, and color grading.
• Create visual assets for digital channels such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, web, and email campaigns.
• Partner with creative directors, copywriters, and marketers to iterate designs and incorporate feedback efficiently.
• Maintain an organized library of reusable motion templates and project files for recurring campaigns.
• Ensure all motion deliverables follow brand guidelines, aesthetic standards, and campaign objectives.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer, Video Editor, or similar role with a strong portfolio.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting ideas and handling feedback constructively.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a workstation capable of running heavy design/animation software and rendering large files.

Required skills

• Expert‑level proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
• Expert‑level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (or comparable NLE system).
