National Service Personnel – Construction & Built Environment

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site National Service Personnel position supports ANM Construction’s project operations in Accra. You will gain practical exposure to quantity surveying, building technology, site activities, estimation, procurement and overall construction management.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with quantity take‑offs and preparation of Bills of Quantities.
• Measure construction works and prepare cost estimates.
• Support project costing, tender and contract documentation.
• Monitor construction activities, review drawings and specifications.
• Take site measurements, prepare progress reports and track materials.
• Assist with site inspections and ensure accurate documentation.
• Maintain project records and support procurement and material tracking.

Required profile

• Currently undertaking National Service in Ghana and available for full‑time, on‑site work.
• Educational background in Quantity Surveying, Building Technology, Construction Technology, Construction Management or a related field.
• Basic understanding of construction methods, materials and project operations.
• Strong numerical, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• High attention to detail, especially when handling measurements and costs.
