National Service Personnel – Consulting

About the role

As a National Service Personnel in EY’s Business Consulting team, you will join diverse project teams across multiple industry sectors, supporting clients in improving operational efficiency and decision‑support capabilities. The role is designed for final‑year university students in finance, accounting, HR or related fields and offers exposure to leading consulting practices.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in collecting relevant data, understanding transaction classes and performing substantive testing.
• Maintain working papers and ensure high‑quality documentation.
• Identify and anticipate risks, escalating issues to senior team members.
• Support project and stakeholder management, including frequent travel to client sites (approximately 50‑70%).

Required profile

• Final‑year university student pursuing Finance, Accounting, HR or a related discipline.
• Expected CGPA of Second Class Upper or better.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Team player with leadership aspirations and attention to detail.
• Interest in advisory services and willingness to travel.
