Pharmaceutical Sales Officer

About the role

Darkoa 360 Limited is seeking a full‑time Pharmaceutical Sales Officer to promote its flagship Ahomka Pain Relieving Heat Patch in Accra. The position is hybrid, allowing a mix of on‑site client visits and remote work, and focuses on building relationships and achieving sales targets for this wellness product.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and develop new leads for the Ahomka Heat Patch across the Accra market.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information to potential customers.
• Maintain regular contact with existing clients, offering support and ensuring repeat business.
• Track sales performance, keep accurate records and report on targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute sales campaigns.

Required profile

• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven attitude with a focus on meeting sales objectives.
• High school diploma required; further education in Business, Marketing or related fields preferred.
• Experience in pharmaceutical sales or FMCG sales considered an advantage.
