Plumbing Technician – Residential & Commercial

About the role

ALFAFIX PLUMBING is seeking a full‑time Plumbing Technician to work on‑site in Accra. The role involves installing, repairing and maintaining plumbing systems for both residential and commercial clients.

Key responsibilities

• Perform plumbing installations, pipe fitting, leak detection, fixture replacement and drainage solutions.
• Diagnose plumbing issues, recommend practical repair options and ensure water pumps and storage tanks operate safely.
• Prepare job sites, use appropriate tools and materials, and follow safety and building codes.
• Document completed work and maintain accurate service records.
• Interact directly with clients, explain services clearly and uphold professional customer‑service standards.

Required profile

• Strong practical skills in plumbing installation and troubleshooting.
• Experience with maintenance and repair of residential and commercial plumbing systems.
• Knowledge of local plumbing codes and safety practices.
• Ability to work on‑site in Accra, manage time effectively and handle physically demanding tasks.
