About the role
We are seeking a responsible Project Coordinator to oversee a variety of projects, ranging from simple activities to complex plans. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams and clients to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to high‑quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive action plans that define resources, timelines and budgets for each project.
- Manage project schedules, monitor risks and adjust plans as needed.
- Maintain up‑to‑date project documentation and records.
- Handle financial queries and support budget tracking.
- Coordinate communication between clients and internal stakeholders to keep everyone aligned.
Required profile
- Strong time‑management abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and external clients.
- Responsibility and accountability for project outcomes.
