About the role

IQVIA is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support the delivery of a short‑term project in Ghana. This fully remote, fixed‑term role involves coordinating activities, managing timelines, and liaising with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Schedule and facilitate project meetings and follow‑up actions.
• Maintain project documentation and status reports.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Track project progress and escalate risks or delays as needed.
• Support overall project administration and communication activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Previous experience in project coordination, project administration, or operations support.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
