Project Manager – Construction

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead construction projects from planning through delivery. The role involves coordinating design teams, supervisors and clients to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise, direct and monitor construction activities, managing schedules, budgets and resources.
• Coordinate with design teams, site supervisors and clients to align expectations and resolve issues.
• Manage financial, production, equipment and supply schedules.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, assign tasks, monitor workloads and ensure accountability.
• Facilitate regular team meetings to review progress and address challenges.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, contracts, building codes and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the HSE team to enforce safety protocols and manage risks.
• Resolve non‑conformities, implement corrective actions and maintain strong customer relationships.

Required profile

• Higher education in Civil Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in construction management.
• Advanced level of English.
• Strong initiative, professional rigor and ability to meet objectives.
• Adaptability to multicultural environments and good interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Project.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with AutoCAD.
