Pump Sales Engineer – Accra

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Pump Sales Engineer to join our team in Accra on a permanent basis. The role combines technical expertise in pump systems with strong customer‑facing skills to deliver application solutions that enhance client profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Identify current and future growth opportunities in the pump market.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers.
• Plan and organise sales call schedules and meet/exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with customer support engineers to design engineered solutions for end‑users.
• Provide technical expertise to assure quality and added value for customers.
• Generate leads through interaction with an international clientele.

Required profile

• Degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent qualification).
• Minimum five years of proven experience selling pumps and related equipment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the mining sector in Ghana.
• Full, clean driver’s licence.
