Quantity Surveyor

About the role
Join our team as a Quantity Surveyor to manage costs and contracts for construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on budget and on time.
Key responsibilities
- Assess and advise on project costs, risks, and value engineering.
- Conduct feasibility studies to estimate material, time, and labor costs.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project delivery.
- Monitor project expenditures and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare periodic cost reports and cash flow forecasts.
- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors for competitive pricing.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
- At least 5 years of proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, costs, and regulations.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Professional certification is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in Revit.
